SHIPPING COSTS
Standard within Australia: $10
Standard International: $25
Please note that these prices do include GST, and are in Australian currency.
 
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched throughout the business week, Monday through to Friday.
Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Parcels, and a tracking number will be provided to you on dispatch of your order, so you can track your goods.
During busy times of the year, there may be delays on orders, however customers will be notified of these periods.
For metropolitan delivery, please allow an estimated 2-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
For rural delivery, please allow an estimated 4-7 working days.
If your parcel exceeds these time frames, we cannot be held responsible for the delay.
If you live in an apartment, please let us know so we can put signature on your delivery. 
We are not responsible for items that have been delivered, but have failed to be picked up by the customer. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
International orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Post Parcels, and are posted every couple of days. Your order will be shipped on the next international shipping day after you have placed your order. Until then, your order may be displayed as 'partially shipped'.
A tracking number will be provided to you on dispatch of your order. If the parcel is taking a long time to arrive, we are able to track it through Australia Post.
International orders require signature on delivery.
If you are not on the premises of the receiving address, you will be issued with a slip from the Postal service to pick up your parcel at a nearby Post Office.
If you fail to pick up your parcel from the Post Office and it is returned to us, we cannot be held responsible for the cost of returning your order back to you.
We can not be held responsible for any further duties or taxes that may be incurred depending on you country's customs laws.
For metropolitan delivery, please allow an estimated 3-10 working days.
If your parcel exceeds these time frames, we cannot be held responsible for the delay.
Please note: We are a business located in a small town, and do not have a direct courier. When you order with us,  please be prepared for potential international delays. 
 
EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We do not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind.
Extreme care is put into each of our garments, and we will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty and unable to be worn, or if an exchange is unavailable.
Please note that wear of garments through normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Do not send your garment for return or exchange until it has been approved, and you have been issued with a Returns Authorisation Number from our Customer Service Team.
Please contact customercare@sophieblayden.com to arrange an exchange or return.
We will not accept exchanges or refunds after 10 working days from date of purchase.
When returning or exchanging an item, all tags and hygiene labels must be in place as when first purchased.
All customers must wear undergarments when trying on swimwear bottoms.
If the hygiene label has been tampered, or there are other signs of wear we will not accept it for exchange or return.
If the item for exchange is sold out by the time the exchange takes place, we cannot be held responsible, and we will offer store credit to the same value of the item, we will not provide a refund.
We do not cover the cost of return postage, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of garments when being returned.
You must include a prepaid satchel so that we can send your exchange back out to you.
We advise you to take note of your tracking number when returning items.
When returning your goods, you must include:
1) Your goods to be returned or exchanged, including tags and packaging
2) Your return address with your contact details pre-filled out on a postage-paid return postal bag
There is no refund or exchange on sale items due to limited quantities and sizes. 
Any return request that has been lodged for 30 days, without the goods for exchange arriving at our premises within this time period, will be disregarded, and the exchange will no longer be valid.
